Younus Group acquired Siddeshawari Cold Storage Limited in 2011, which was initially incorporated in 1993 as a private limited company and a project of Agrani Bank Ltd. After acquisition the sponsors conducted substantial renovation to ensure the quality of preserved potatoes.

The factory of the company is located at Panchaser of Munshigonj on total land area of 4.95 acre having total preservation capacity of 16,000 MT.
